01The thesis

The constraint is not ambition. It is access.

Could independent builders buy or build the compute they cannot afford alone—and make the work worth joining?

We do not know yet. This repository is the first public artifact: a name, a flag, a working surface, and an invitation to test the idea without pretending the hard parts are solved.

02The operating standard

The work should be legible.

These are working rules, not a constitution. They tell us what must stay visible before the group gets bigger.

01 / SHIP

Publish the proof.

Ship the prototype, publish the note, or open the question. A working artifact gives the next person something solid to pick up.

02 / COMPENSATE

Price the reality.

Time, skill, servers, and attention are not free. When someone carries a real cost, write it down and decide how the work gets paid.

03 / RECORD

Leave a clear trail.

Record who made what, what it unlocked, and what should happen next. People can join a system they can actually understand.

Ask the expensive
questions first.

Before we build a token, platform, or story, we need answers about cost, contribution, ownership, and trust. Those answers should come from work, not a pitch deck.
